VSA – Chapter 48: The Villain Visits the Home of the Two Beautiful Sisters.

Translator: Haruto.

“Once we’re inside, you can just relax in the living room or something.”

“A-Alright…”

The home of the two sisters seems quite ordinary, albeit relatively large. We walk past the gate and into the small pathway that leads to the main door, where Rina begins searching for her keys and I take a moment to look around…

I’ve really come to the sisters’ house, huh…

Most dudes would surely be over the moon at being invited into their home, but I’m actually sweating bullets here.

Even if this world is real without a doubt, it’s still based on a game, and the first and last time that the character Kasashima Yuuji ever stepped into the sisters’ home was…

Okay, that’s enough chatter. Let’s continue, shall we?

Yup. He probably won’t die anyway…

Aah… Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhh!!!

The day when he was sat on and abused until he ran out of strength, also known as the day when the “bad ending” came to be.

I go pale and get a little dizzy just remembering such a traumatic scene…

“What are you doing just standing there in a daze, Kasashima?” Rina says, having opened the door without me even noticing.

“Ah, my bad…”

“Oh? Are you feeling nervous, perhaps? Pff…”

“Well, yeah, kinda… but, hey, don’t laugh at me!!”

Even though Rina’s laughing while holding one hand over her mouth, she still keeps the door open for me.

“T-Thanks for having me…”

“Welcome.”

She comes in after me, closes the door with one hand… and locks the door with a loud click.

I walk into the living room and sit at the main table.

“Wow…”

The room is decorated with a few houseplants and antiques, and it’s exceptionally clean and well-organized. Just like when I first saw their room back at the school camp, I get the feeling that Rina’s the one keeping it this clean, not Mahiro.

“Would you please not look around the room too much…? Pervert…”

“Can you blame me?! I’m feeling restless here!”

After all, if I don’t play my cards right, this place might turn into a crime scene!!

“I get how you’re feeling. I’ve never let a guy into our home aside from Dad and Yui-kun before, so I’m also a bit…”

“Huh, that’s kind of surprising.”

“What, you thought I was some loose girl that brought guys over every day or something?”

“No, I was just surprised by the fact that you’ve now included me in the list of guys you trust enough to welcome into your home. Besides, I’d never think of you as that kind of girl after what you told me back at the school camp.”

“I see… Don’t get the wrong idea, though. I didn’t let you in because I trust you.”

“Then why…?”

“I promised I’d cook for you, so… I-I just had to, okay?”

“I see…”

Well, let’s leave it at that…

What, you thought I was some loose girl that brought guys over every day or something?

When Rina said that, the light in her eyes vanished and a dark look took its place.

A while later, she brings a cup of tea on a tray and leaves it in front of me.

“Thanks for the tea.”

“Don’t mention it. By the way, do you mind if I go change? I always get changed as soon as I get home…”

“Sure, don’t mind me…”

A few minutes later, Rina returns to the living room wearing a new set of clothes.

“O-Ohh…” I stammer without thinking the moment I see her.

She’s wearing a black hoodie that’s a bit too large for her, together with a pair of black shorts that expose her beautiful legs. Yuito mentioned that Rina loves to dress fashionably and she even helps him pick his outfits from time to time, but I guess she likes to dress pretty casually at home, huh…

“You’re the only one I’d show this side of me.”

“Huh?!” I almost spit out my tea. “What’s gotten into you…?”

That was the kind of line a heroine would say… Ah, right, she is a heroine, isn’t she?

“Nothing. I just thought that since you already know my true self, it’d be okay to dress this casually in front of you.”

“Ah, so that’s what you meant.”

She can be mean at times, but also strangely kind… It’s hard to get a read on her emotions.

“Now then, I’m going to cook for you to thank you for what you did just like I promised, but I can’t make a grand meal or anything like that, okay?”

“A-Alright.”

“But, just so you know… I’m still doing it with genuine gratitude.”

“I see. T-That’s nice…” Yup, I seriously can’t get a read on her.

But well, at least it seems she’ll let me go home in one piece after I’m done eating.

Around the same time that Yuuji is at the sisters’ home, Hibari brings her sister to the apartment where she lives with him… because her sister wouldn’t stop whining about wanting to see it.

“So this is where you live! Sniff. Yup! It really smells like you!”

“That’s creepy so please stop.”

“Let’s take a look at the rest of the apartment…! Hmm? Hold on, is your beloved master not home?!”

“Yuuji-sama is probably out celebrating the end of the exams with his friends.”

“Oh? That means I get to explore his room freely!”

“Please don’t.”

It appears Hibari’s got her hands full dealing with her sister’s whims while Yuuji’s not home.
